I would suggest that anyone making their own signs be very explicit about the MELLO-ROOS implications.

Don't blame me! I was left unsupervised!

You can divide the world into two kinds of people: Those who divide the world into two kinds of people and those who don't!

The trouble with explaining the above is that signs cannot be very long, normally people are driving by and simply cannot read details.

Okay, since I already voted last week, you can take down your stupid signs now.

And, thanks for insulting my intelligence by insinuating I will change my wishy-washy little mind because I caught a glimpse of a who or what I am supposed to vote for or against, as I whizzed past at 40 MPH. Yeah, right. Any such message has been long forgotten by the time I get home. All that remains is the incendiary notion that the whole world has been polluted with campaign signs.

Advertising is the most idiotic thing yet created by humankind. Political advertising makes regular advertising seem honorable and trustworthy.

Oh, excuse me, you already voted...guess you are just way to intelligent to even consider an opposing views. The signs come down every time, silly argument. Sorry to insult your intelligence. Sheesh.

The signs are stupid a visual blight. Anyone that is influenced should not be voting. I voted already it is so easy you get the stuff research it make an educated decision that is if you give a dam. Last November the election sign with the silhouette of a hot beach babe were nice to glance kind of perked up the day, but they were honest another whore politician.

Before the cat calendars, famed cartoonist Bernard Kliban expressed disdain for the campaign season as eloquently as anyone ever.

Unbelievable as it may be, there is actually someone on this forum defending this lunacy.

What is unbelievable is there is someone on this forum who, just because he/she disagrees, lashes out rudely. How "stupid."

Perhaps you should refamiliarize yourself with the title of this thread and evaluate my comments in that proper context before you begin tossing out rank, unsubstantiated accusations.

Also, for the most part (in my past experience) the depth of the lake doesn't drop too deep too fast -- i.e. , my dog can usually Wade out 20 or so feet before he needs to swim, so there's plenty of play space to get your dog acclimated to the conditions if s/he is new to swimming

Theres a number of spots I take my dogs to along the North shore (between the boat ramp and juniper point, and over by the solar observatory, and even the around the west boat ramp). Which one I go to depends on how crowded places may be (I don't intrude if people are fishing) and the time/effort it takes to get some where if I'm short on time

The parking lot at Juniper Point is still closed. Some street parking is available when the crowds aren't in town

Dizzygal. I always take my Golden to the lake at Juniper Point on the North shore. Haven’t been there since this virus thing started, so I don’t know if the parking lot is open. If it is, you need a Forest Adventure Pass to park there.
