Thank you Dave TM! I got a Caltrans alert that the closure was removed, and it was on their map data, however, the CHP incident says 24 Hours as of 5am.... Sounds like it wont be open for a while based on that...

Our son reports that the 38 is NOT open. There's a utility truck blocking the road. He's currently searching for a way around.
