Let's hope that their Conservancy isn't the same type as the Castle Glen Conservancy, which was supposed to preserve the area but instead developed most of the hill except for a dirt road and a few patches..

Impressive. Thought that after another 20 or 30 yrs in the courts that it would eventually be built on so KUDOS to perceverance and dedication.
