If anybody needs emergency toilet paper in these trying times....The Grizzly has been the go to for the last 18 years. Any edition from the last 15 years is better than Charmin....especially the Covid editions with their incompetent reporters and stupid stories..

The period of concern has been extended from 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, through 3 a.m. Monday, Sept. 28. If this changes again, we’ll keep you updated. The SCE team indicated that due to strong winds, there is a possibility that the event could extend further into next week. As a reminder, if the power is shut off in the nighttime hours, it will likely not be turned back on until morning due to SCE scouting protocols.

The Juniper Fire stated around 1:30pm today off Bowen Ranch road, north of Deep Creek. Ground and several air resources are on this fire.

Yes, as reported yesterday, the Hatchery Fire in Alger Creek north of forest falls is a single tree lightning snag with 1/2 acre of ground fire and is contained.

The Hatchery Fire is the small lightning snag from yesterday. They have a handle on that one.
