Big Bear Medic Truck 281 Is On Scene Of A Trauma Victim On Highway 18 Between Icebox And Keystone Road On South Shore. An Als Medical Helicopter Has Been Requested. Landing Zone Big Bear City Airport. Big Bear Ambulance Will Be Transporting This Victim To The Airport For Transport To Trauma Center.

Units Are Still Unable To Locate Anyone From The Vehicle. Tow Trucks Are On Scene Now And They Are Going To Try And Pull Up The Vehicle. Expect Delays In This Area As Crews Continue To Work The Incident.
