Big Bear Medic Truck 281 Is On Scene Of A Trauma Victim On Highway 18 Between Icebox And Keystone Road On South Shore. An Als Medical Helicopter Has Been Requested. Landing Zone Big Bear City Airport. Big Bear Ambulance Will Be Transporting This Victim To The Airport For Transport To Trauma Center.
