Does anybody know of anyone that does dock and gangway repairs up here. We tried Capt John and Holloways and they’re too busy. Larry Cook isn’t an option anymore. Anyone else?

DR B- let me try again. Everytime you visit this page it loads whatever is in your cache.(last thing you posted, if you posted) so of you look here in the chat window you'll see it. If you don't look and just reload it will post a duplicate post- without you doing anything except refreshing the page. To avoid that you can clear your cache OR go to the main menu and click on any of the topics. Forums is first so easy to click on. That moves to the forums page and basically a new chat box here so everything will be fresh and ready to go without a duplicate post. You can also come to the Chatbox and delete whatever duplicate post is showing here, then submit. I find just reloading it to the forums page is easiest and always successful. Hope this works for you.

I have Ting its pretty handy and also makes your home safer. I can report that in Moonridge power was not out

Power back on in Whispering Forest. I think I have PTSD from power outages.

It's community reported outage map, Ting plugs in to an outlet in the home and monitors for surges etc that might cause fires - and then also happens to give real time outage info back - based on the homes up here with Ting it gives a decent map so there is enough coverage up here

That's pretty slick, jfred! Where did you happen to find this info? I have never been able to find a current outage map for BVES.

Thanks for the update. You are probably right.

Judging by the comments in some of the BB Facebook groups, the power outage reports seem focused in the Peter Pan and Whispering Forest areas.
Ours is still on in Poet's Corner.
