Jacks tacos filled a need after filling up at chad's or murray's. 2 bucks for 2 tacos any time they were open. In the 70s we'd beg a roll of quarters from the folks and hit the super bear arcade next to jacks. Folks gladly traded a roll of quarters for a few hours' time to themselves...

KBRH reporting power outage is from a fault on a 34 kv sub transmission line. The Village and west to the dam still has power. Estimate restoration around 11 pm. We still have power at Gilner Point as of this post.
