I didn't feel anything here in Forest Falls. I wouldn't have known had my phone's earthquake alert not gone off.

Now reporting it as 4.9 in Sky Valley

It didn't feel like the typical quick jolts like I often feel. Those were real long slow waves. It lasted 15-20 seconds, I'd estimate. I probably wouldn't have noticed if I had been up moving around. The cabin barely creaked, but it had a pretty decent movement with it. I love to feel them and that one was especially cool with the waves.

Hey Ben Dennis here….retired and living full time in our travel trailer.We are in Borrego Springs southwest of the Salton Sea and just got rocked by the earthquake. Have good suspension made it an easy ride but definitely got shook

Sky Valley is jusr north of Indio in the hills

I live in Indio. It was a strong shake. .best in some time. lasted about 10sec, house shook a fair amount

Didn't feel it here. Apparently 3 quakes one after the other NNE of Indio.

I sensed something on my own. 5 seconds later heard cell phone warning to take cover, then really felt it 15 seconds later. I'm impressed with the warning system, I have to say. I'm in Angelus Oaks.

Says 5.1 I didn't feel anything. My phone alert said drop and cover.
