McToddy1 day(s) ago Dr B - No problem. The big thing to keep in mind is that a Battery power is short term (4-8 hours -- depends on battery size and how much power draw. A Generator (gas or propane fueled) can run for longer durations (ie., for days, as long as you have fuel).
Solar can recharge a battery (albiet slow), but isn't practical for powering 110v appliances alone. (it could be done but it will cost $$$$ to get the amount of solar panels that would produce enough power for 110v appliances)
